using incasely

use the product, keep the account to yourself, and you own what you save. it’s an early app, built and run by one person.

the deal

if you use incasely, you’re agreeing to this page. if you don’t agree, don’t make an account. i’m sharath, and i build and run this myself.

your account

you’re responsible for the email and password you use, or for your google login. please don’t share the account. if something looks wrong, email hi@dupenodi.dev.

your pins

you own what you save. you give me permission to store it, show it back to you, process it so search and tagging work, and show it publicly if you choose to share it.

only save things you have a right to keep. don’t upload malware, anyone’s intimate images, or anything that exploits children. i’ll take that down, and i may close the account.

the product will change

this is early. features will show up, break, and get rewritten. i may move, pause, or shut down parts of the service. i’ll do my best not to leave you stuck without your data — see export and delete.

no warranty

incasely is provided as-is. i care about it, but i can’t promise it will always be up, or that every saved page will stay available forever. please don’t use this as the only copy of something important.

i’m not liable for lost pins, downtime, or what you do with what you saved. if a court needs a number, it’s zero dollars. this is a free product from one person.

please don’t

  • scrape the service or hammer the api
  • use incasely to break the law
  • pretend to be someone else

talk to me

if something here is unclear, email hi@dupenodi.dev. i’d rather explain it than leave you guessing.
